°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê and SJCON require an official transcript showing proof of an earned bachelor’s degree and all outstanding prerequisites to be on file prior to enrollment.
If you received your bachelor's degree during the application process, be sure to submit an official final transcript showing your earned bachelor's degree.
If you submitted unofficial documents for the admission process, you will need to produce official documents before classes start.
If you earned your bachelor’s degree from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê, we will acquire the transcript for you.

After you have completed the reply form accepting your offer of admission, you will hear from the IT Service Desk at the email address supplied on your application for admission. This email will include your student ID and temporary password with instructions for activating this important login information. Please note that you may not receive this information until the middle of the spring semester.

Once your login information is established, you can . Student IDs are issued from the Office of Campus Life located on the second level of the Campus Center (click here for a map).
New students to °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê are required by the college and New York State Public Health Law to provide proof of specific immunizations. The required forms must be completed to enroll in the program. Students who do not submit this paperwork will incur a $2,000.00 fine and risk being de-enrolled in their program.
These health forms MUST be uploaded to both °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê's Patient Portal and also into St. Joseph's CastleBranch accounts before you start your program.
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê Health Form Requirements:
A-DDPN students must upload their health forms into the . Your login for the Le Moyne Patient Portal is the same username/password as your College email. Question on the portal can be directed to the Wellness Center for Health and Counseling at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê (315-445-4440).
St. Joseph's Health Form Requirements:
A-DDPN students must also upload their health forms into the student's St. Joseph's Castlebranch account which the students will create.
If you haven't already, you will receive details from St. Joseph's College of Nursing to complete and upload your health records into your CastleBranch account.

You will be contacted directly by your academic department to complete your course registration. Please ensure you address any phone or email communications from the college promptly to avoid delays in your registration.
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê participates in federal student aid at the graduate level. Students who would like to consult with a Financial Aid Officer regarding their ability to secure student aid through FAFSA should contact the Office of Financial Aid.
Many graduate students also look to take advantage of the college payment plan. This program, facilitated by Cashnet, is for students who want to pay for their tuition over the course of a semester. To learn more about our payment plan options, please visit or contact the

St. Joseph's CON: 90-day New Student Onboarding Process begins April 17, 2024. The SJCON Admissions Office will be sending students an email with step-by-step instructions to get new students onboarded. Orientation is on July 10, 2024. Attendance is mandatory.

All students bringing a vehicle to campus (resident, commuter, part-time and graduate students) must register their vehicles. Parking permits are required for all vehicles that will be parked on °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê's property and operated by students.
Parking permits can be obtained online at . Students should have their vehicle registration, student ID# and credit card available when registering online to ensure accurate information.
