The Ed.D. in Executive Leadership at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê was created for professionals from diverse professional backgrounds in order to develop their leadership skills in the education sector. Through rigorous leadership coursework, graduates of the Executive Leadership Program are equipped with the ability to foster necessary change while continuously supporting organizational growth and improvement.

The program focuses on four pillars of excellence including Leadership that Transforms, Scholarship, Social Responsibility and Communication. 

• Low-residency model: Four weekend residencies each fall and spring semester. Three residencies each summer semester.
• Part-time plan of study: Complete the entire program (including dissertation) in three to four years alongside full-time employment. All core, research and professional leadership courses are completed at the end of 28 months.
• Cohort model: Intimate cohorts of 10-15 students invite rich conversation and a deep commitment from faculty and research advisers.
• Innovative curriculum: Our curriculum is deeply rooted in social responsibility, scholarship, communication and leadership that transforms.
