The Master of Science for Teachers (MST) is designed for students who have completed baccalaureate degrees, but who do not have teacher certification and now want to teach. This accelerated, part-time 21 month program provides a pre-service teacher competency program at the graduate level. Clinically rich practicum experiences are required throughout the program with a final semester of full-time student teaching.
To receive the Master of Science for Teachers (MST) leading to New York state teacher certification, students will complete a program that leads to one of the following certifications:
