The Master of Science program in Occupational Therapy at 澳门六合彩 is a professional entry-level degree for students who have earned a baccalaureate degree in a field other than occupational therapy.

We are a full-time program of study, completed in a cohort format over 24 months. All courses are sequential. First summer semester is now fully online!

Graduates of the program will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination for the occupational therapist, administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). After successful completion of this exam, the graduate will be an Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR). In addition, all states require licensure to practice; however, states licenses are usually based on the results of the NBCOT certification examination.Note: A felony conviction may affect a graduate鈥檚 ability to sit for the NBCOT Certification Examination or attain state licensure.

$15,000 - $30,000 Tuition Awards
The award is divided equally among the courses of study by a reduction to tuition. This award is presented to students pursuing a master鈥檚 degree in occupational therapy who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the program's mission to contribute to the profession through service, scholarship and leadership, and to promoting occupational justice in local and global communities. In a continued effort to diversify the OT profession, additional preference and award considerations may be given to students who are from diverse personal, professional and identity backgrounds.

Students who have been admitted to the master鈥檚 degree program in occupational therapy but who are missing prerequisite coursework may be considered for awards to offset the cost of those required classes.

External Scholarships

  鈥淭he fund for the E. K. Wise scholarship was established in the 1960s through the generous bequest of Elizabeth K. Wise and supports students pursuing an entry-level occupational therapy (OT) or occupational therapy assistant (OTA) degree from diverse backgrounds.Yearly, three awards will be granted in the amount of $2,500. Students may apply for a second year鈥�
• 
  AOTF offers more than 50 different scholarships annually to students enrolled in occupational therapy programs.
