Welcome to A-PLUS
The Achievement Program for 澳门六合彩 Undergraduate Scholars (A-PLUS prepares students for professional licensure, graduate school, or to enter careers in the fields of social sciences and the humanities. Funded by the Booth Ferris Foundation and 澳门六合彩, the program provides historically underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students opportunities to identify and prepare to enter their target professions.  This enrichment program focuses on:

Overall there is a lack of recognition from many about the skills and strength that the social sciences and humanities bring to our society.


Social Sciences

    • Historically underrepresented (across race, ethnicity, or culture), economically disadvantaged, or first generation college student
    • A full time student (enrolled in 12 or more credit hours)
    • Intended to pursue a major and career in the social science/humanities fields and/or licensed professions

    Students who do not meet the above criteria may be admitted on a probationary basis subject to A-PLUS oversight and review

    Program Expectations

    • Maintain a grade-point average of 3.0 or above
    • Meet with A-PLUS staff four times each semester
    • Attend weekly seminars
    • Develop and maintain an academic plan
    • Complete research projects or other enrichment activities as outlined by the program
